If you have forgotten your email password and your email is hosted with us through your Business Catalyst site then all you have to do is to contact us requesting that an email password reset be activated on your mailbox. We will have to do this through our management portal and you will need to also provide us with an alternate mailbox to which we can send the email.

If the mailbox happens to be your ADMIN user account to access the back office functions of your Business Catalyst webs site then open the ADMIN login page at www.your-domain.com.au/admin and click on the link for "Lost Password" and an email will be sent to your mailbox AND your your alternate mail account as set up when your mail was set up.

If you do not see any password reset email arrive then contact us immediately.
