Additional staff can be readily set up and included and you can determine whether individuals are able to see all support tickets for your company or just their own tickets. Just contact us with the details of users and their access.


Your username access should be by way of your usual business email address and again, contact us to help you set this up if you need otherwise you can register yourself as a new user via the links at the top of this page above.
