Yes, we do and we can support access to your PC or Apple Mac from our own system once you provide us with authorised access. 


The process for arranging remote support is very simple - you have to have a small program installed on your computer from TEAMVIEWER that allows a secure connection between our 2 computers and you have to provide authorisation to us to access and control your computer.


All you have to do is to download and run a small program "TeamViewer Quick Support" from Teamviewer at https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows/ 


Download the file and then double click on the stored file to run it. You will be shown your partner ID and password. To allow us to share computer screens with remote control you will need to provide us these details OVER the phone. DO NOT email them to us
